Enamel, the hard and esthetic outside layer of normal tooth structure, failed to form on this young man’s teeth due to a fairly rare genetic condition. His teeth were brought into proper alignment by the orthodontist. Then the gum tissues were enhanced and repositioned surgically. This was followed by reconstruction of the individual teeth with final crown treatment, all done at the Center for Restorative Dentistry.
